Creating an app to address Tok&Stok's e-commerce after-sales issues while incorporating augmented reality (AR) was a multifaceted endeavor that required a comprehensive approach to design, development, and user experience. Here's an overview of how it was achieved:

Immersions were conducted to understand the objectives and needs of the app. We spoke with users and clients to create the best user experience and develop functionalities that meet the needs of the business.
With the evolution of the app, we conducted a new immersion focused on users' post-purchase experience. The goal was to map and understand the best way to create a self-service that provides autonomy and ease at every stage of this journey.
βAfter collecting more information about the product, itβs time to visualize and test out the user experience of our product or service before investing time and resources into building the final product. This can help identify potential issues and areas for improvement early on, potentially saving time and money in the long run.
Final step was to create some animations to share with the design team and developers.
We conducted usability tests on the main app flows to find the best user experience. This way, it's possible to define the best way to translate needs into functionalities
